Forging A Pathway To Global Markets And Driving Growth With A World-Class Aerotropolis

Sydney | 7-8 March 2018

With Badgery’s Creek touted as a once-in-a-lifetime gamechanger for the nation, there has never been a more exciting time for Western Sydney and the onus is now upon government leaders and business stakeholders to determine how best to collaborate and build a world-class Aerotropolis for the 21st century. Back for its second year in March 2018, the 2nd Annual Western Sydney Aerotropolis Summit brings together all the major stakeholders to discuss the most critical factors required to ensure this success.

  • Examine what actual development has been made and what has been achieved since 2017 - how 31,000 new jobs will be created and what plans are in place to ensure the airport is functional by 2026
  • Hear from aviation leaders on how the airport needs to be designed and constructed to be attractive to airlines and how to leverage technology to build the future smart airport
  • Learn from those who already created an airport city – benefit from the experience of Incheon International Airport and Schiphol Airport and learn how Western Sydney can model its success
  • Gain insights on what transport and land use plans are in place to attract the economic activity needed
  • Understand the key ingredients necessary to develop an airport city – industry development, land development, development in local government areas

For the first time ever, the 2018 event will be held co-located with the 3rd Annual Australian Smart Cities and Infrastructure Summit in Sydney on March 7th & 8th, we will welcome more than 250 government, industry and international keynotes as they gather to explore progress and discuss development opportunities to deliver Australia’s first airport city and Australia’s future in smart cities.

Raise your profile at Western Sydney Aerotropolis Summit 2018!
Are you interested in showcasing your organisation’s products and services to key aviation and infrastructure professionals? Do you need to engage and promote your brand to key public and private decision makers driving high-value projects in this space?

Sponsoring Western Sydney Aerotropolis Summit, or even taking an exhibition stand, is a fantastic way of raising your company’s profile within the industry and creating greater awareness of your brand. We can tailor specific sponsorship and exhibition packages to help you meet and influence the people who are going to ensure the growth of your business now and in the future.

Sponsorship can involve:

  • speaking slot on the conference agenda – a powerful platform to showcase the industry and knowledge and abilities of a senior representative of your organisation
  • Branding via the pre-conference brochure, conference website, banners, posters, set panels, conference documentation and delegate gifts – a comprehensive brand awareness raising opportunity which targets people beyond attending the conference itself
  • Hosting a lunch or evening reception for all conference attendees – a fantastic networking opportunity in an environment that you control
  • table top display or exhibition stand in the conference networking area – demonstrate your products, network with attendees, hold informal meetings or just give more exposure to your brand via an exhibition stand in the only networking area in the conference, where all coffee breaks are held, as well as in many cases, lunches, evening receptions and round table discussion groups
  • Complimentary and reduced conference passes – ensure key members of staff attend the event for free, or even key clients or prospects. In addition, ensure that your clients book onto the conference via yourselves with a discount only available if they book on as a result of your promotional activity
